MULTIPLEX POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTION-BASED METHOD FOR QUICK-DETECTION OF HOSPITAL COLON BACILLUS AND PCR PRIMER

PURPOSE: A multiplex polymerase chain reaction-based method is provided to quickly detect E. coli gene producing heat-labile enterotoxin and heat-stable enterotoxin, which cause diarrhea of live stock. CONSTITUTION: ST(heat-stable enterotoxin) I primer is synthesized to be based on the nucleotide sequence of ST I a(p) gene separated from a pig. A PCR method for detecting gene uses a pair of primers, a forward primer and a reverse primer. Heat-labile enterotoxin gene and heat-stable enterotoxin gene, which are separated from E.coli, are detected simultaneously by performing PCR with mixing PCR primers therefor.
