PURPOSE: A melting carbonate fuel cell stack is provided to easily and equally pressurize a fuel cell stack and to easily support a regulation of a pressurizing force. CONSTITUTION: The melting carbonate fuel cell stack comprises: an upper and a lower pressurizing bars for equally pressurizing the central stack from the upper and the lower directions, located in the upper and the lower parts at a certain interval; plural vertical bars(20) for giving a movement force in a vertical direction, integrated with the pressurizing bar on the terminal unit of the pressurizing bar; a clamping device for giving a certain amount of an elastic force to the upper and the lower pressurizing bars through the vertical bar, installed on the upper and the lower parts of the vertical bar.
