PURPOSE: A transmitting and receiving device of the radio communication system and a method thereof are provided to effectively compensate the only lost signal without generating the noise by non-linearly filtrating the received signal from the transmitting end. CONSTITUTION: The transmitting and receiving device of the radio communication system comprises: a signal generating unit(210) of a transmitting terminal; a pulse forming filter(220) of the transmitting terminal connecting its input terminal with the output end of the signal generating unit(210); a channel circumstance setting unit(230) connecting its input terminal with the output terminal of the pulse forming filter(220); an adder(240) connecting its one input end with the output end of the channel circumstance setting unit(230), accepting the noise through the other input terminal from outside; a low filter(250) connecting its input end with the output end of the adder(240); and a non-linear adaptation lighter(260) connecting its input terminal with the output terminal of the low filter(250).
