PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a thickness of a disk is provided to prevent a vibration of a disk during measurement and to simplify coupling of the disk. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for measuring a thickness of a disk comprises a rotating plate containing the disk to rotate low speed, a reduction gear portion and an actuating motor rotating the rotating plate, two measuring gauges measuring an upper and a lower surface of the disk together and a transfer member supporting the measuring gauges and moving a position of a the measuring gauge freely. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the vibration of the disk during measurement and to simplify coupling of the disk and to move a position of the measuring gauge.
