PURPOSE: A steam boiler using a waste oil burner is provided to reduce pollution and to be cost-efficient. CONSTITUTION: The steam boiler using a waste oil burner comprises:a stainless body(1) burning waste oil through a fuel tank that stores waste oil; a burning room(2) arranging a connecting pipe; and a pressure tank(10) supplying vapor inside an upper chimney(3) through a check valve(11).
