PURPOSE: A forming method of a sea stock farm is provided to make a sea stock farm with artificial fishing reefs which are predominant to the inner preference and the organisms sticking ability and needs not being worried about the environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The artificial fishing reef for forming a sea stock farm contains:a floating(1) with its shape as a glass ball style; floatings(1a, 1b) shaped like the floating(1) and having a central passing slot(5) penetrated on its center; a net-shaped sieve(2) covered on the outer surface of each floating(1, 1a, 1b,..); ropes(3, 3a,..) for connecting between gathering sieves(20, 20a, 20b,..) of the floatings(1, 1a, 1b,..); and a fixing stake(4) made with cement.
