PURPOSE: An electro-motor is provided to increase usage of magnetic flux and reduce pulsation of magnetic flux density of an air gap part. CONSTITUTION: The electro-motor comprises: a fixing agent(31) winded a field coil to plural projections that is formed on the inner circumference of cylindrical yoke; a rotary agent(32) placed to be rotated inside the fixing agent; and an anisotropic magnetic wedge(35) for generating magnetic flux that leaks to a slot(34), to the air gap part between the fixing agent and the rotary agent and preventing pulsating of magnetic flux on the air gap part, formed on a slot opening(35s) between the face part of a projection and the projection of the fixing agent yoke(31y).
