PURPOSE: A high speed charge pump circuit of phase synchronous circuit is provided to solve the impulse of the motion speed and leakage current generating in a charge pump circuit and design differential structure which isn't influenced by device and environment. CONSTITUTION: The high speed charge pump circuit of phase synchronous circuit comprises: plural current driving sources(211,231) and current sources(212,213) for charging a loop filter(220); the first current path exchange unit(210) controlling the path of the current source into the change mode of the loop filter; the second current path exchange unit(230) controlling the path of the current source into the pump mode of the loop filter; and two leak current cutoff units(232,233).
