PURPOSE: A heat transcription film that includes excellent capability expressing a remodeling image like a face picture, a monotone image like a letter or a mark and includes excellent durability when using for a long time, is provided. CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer film comprises: a heat sublimation dyes layer(4) of three colors dyes layer(4Y, 4M, 4C) and a primer layer laminated on the one face of a substrate(1); a heat fusible ink layer(5) and a transferring protector layer(6) formed sequentially on the face of the substrate; and a heat-resistant slip layer(2) formed on the other face of the substrate.
