PURPOSE: An evaporator for a water cooler is provided to cool the water promptly and evenly without deviation of the cooling water in a cool water tank. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator for a water cooler comprises:a stainless steel pipe, having its outer surface is directly contacted with the water in a cool water tank and formed in the shape of a coil to flow the coolant spirally.
