PURPOSE: A manufacturing method using a multi steps cutting tool is provided to be able to process an efficient and high-accurate edge and increase efficiency for forming an edge. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method using a multi steps cutting tool comprises:a high-accurate cutting tool(1) manufactured by a multi steps cutting edge carbide or cermet, a belt-shape metal razor blade(2), cutter edge, etc., by a belt-shape; and formed:by pressed and cut processing when the belt- shape metal material passes the fixed high-accurate carbide or cermet multi steps cutting edge by cutting speed.
