PURPOSE: A remote keypad of a cellular phone is provided to prevent a car accident by easily operating the specific key according to the arrival of the phone call and many keys when making a phone call while receiving a phone call. CONSTITUTION: The remote keypad of a cellular phone comprises: a terminal(1) used to be attached on the certain position of a car dashboard(12); a speaker(3) for hearing through a cable(7), installed on the spot inside a car after connecting the data receiving pot of the terminal; and a microphone(2) for talking, connected one side terminal of the cable and generally attached to a sunvisor of a car.
