PURPOSE: An audio signal processing device for both digital and analog broadcast is provided to process the analog audio signal by the analog broadcasting together with the digital audio signal by the digital broadcasting. CONSTITUTION: The audio signal processing device for both digital and analog broadcasting comprises: an antenna(101); a tuner(102); a digital broadcasting signal demodulator(103); a demultiplexer(104); an audio decoder(105); a digital/analog converting unit(106); an analog broadcasting signal demodulator(107); a switching unit(108); an audio signal processing unit(109); a control unit(110); and a key input unit(111).
