PURPOSE: A temperature control method of a cooling room is provided to preserve food in a fresh state for a long time by decreasing the temperature of the cooling room in the lowest stop temperature to decrease the surface temperature of food if the temperature of the cooling room rises over the highest driving temperature. CONSTITUTION: The temperature control method of a cooling room comprises the steps of:deciding if the temperature of the cooling room is over the pre-settled highest driving temperature; and driving the compressor and a fan motor at high speed until the temperature of the cooling room decreases under the lowest stop temperature if the temperature of the cooling room is over the highest driving temperature.
