PURPOSE: A telephone receiving device is provided to inform the telephone receiving without generating a receiving sound in a cellular phone or other kinds of telephones. CONSTITUTION: A telephone receiving device enables for the fed signal to be listened in a headphone by feeding the receiving signal to the receiving sound terminal for a headphone instead of driving a receiving lamp or a receiving sound generating device or a vibration using the receiving sound signal generated while receiving when a headphone is connected to a telephone receiving sound terminal.
