SERINE PROTEASES PURIFIED FROM MANTIS NEST FOR THROMBOLYSIS AND PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: Novel serine proteases are provided which are used for thrombolysis by separating and purifying from mantis nest. CONSTITUTION: A serine protease is produced by the following steps of: erupting mantis nest into tris-HCl buffer, followed by centrifuging; precipitating by ammoniated lactic acid supernatant; dissolving the precipitated fractions, followed by centrifuging; concentrating supernatant and purifying by gel chromatography. Pharmaceutical composition containing serine proteases as active ingredient can be used for treatment of diseases related to thrombus or health supplement foods.
