PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a polishing sandpaper disk is provided to increase the sticking force of a sandpaper piece on a board for improving quality. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a polishing sandpaper disk comprises:a jig work process combining a sandpaper piece(S) on a jig(J) having a shaft aperture(1) on a central part and projected support flanges(2a), (2b) on the inner and outer peripheral surface; a sticking work process putting a net bracket(5) on the surface of the sandpaper piece, sticking a board(4) sprayed with adhesives onto the surface of the net bracket, and fixing the surface of the board with a pressure plate(7) by a pressure bolts nuts set; a first drying process drying the manufacture, finished with the sticking work process for 60-90 minutes at a normal temperature; a second drying process drying the manufacture finished with the first drying process for 80-100 minutes at 80-90°C by using hot air; and a cooling process.
