PURPOSE: A process for deodorizing livestock waste biologically and chemically is provided which reduces energy consumption and improves deodorizing function. CONSTITUTION: The treatment process of livestock waste comprises a biological deodorization by a multistep microorganism carrier and a chemical deodorization by an ozone generator. The apparatus comprises a blowing device(11) for inducing odor gas into a deodorizer, a collecting device(12) for removing foreign materials contained in gas, a cooling device(13) for condensing moisture contained in gas, a container(14) for collecting and treating the condensate, a deodorizing device(15) for deodorizing biologically and chemically, and an air supplying device. The deodorizing device(15) comprises three steps as follows. The 1st step has a gas distribution chamber(31), the 1st and the 2nd microorganism carriers placed successively from the lower part, the 2nd step has the 3rd, the 4th and the 5th microorganism carriers placed successively from the upper part, the 3rd step has the 1st and the 2nd ozonizer and a gas detention control chamber(34) successively.
