SMART MEDIA CARD

摘要

PURPOSE: A smart media card is provided to previously prevent a breakage of IC chip without changing a whole construction by preventing to transfer from a driving shock of a roller to the IC chip in COB Package(Chip On Base Package). CONSTITUTION: A smart media card comprises: in the center part of the card body(20), a pocket(21) equipped for sufficiently accommodating the COB Package; in the pocket(21), COB Package, that the other side of the COB Package is exposed to the upper direction of the card body(20) equipped; the COB Package is heat-oppressed at high temperature with adhesives, and the COB Package strongly attached to the surface of the card body(20); the COB Package(20) consisted of the concoction of a base film(1) where the other side of the base film is exposed and the IC chip(2) attached on the surface of the base film(1); the IC chip(2) is electrically connected with each electric terminal of the base film(1) by wires(4).
