UPRIGHT AERATOR FOR TREATING ORGANIC WASTEWATER

PURPOSE: An aerator is constructed as an upright assembly unit to make it easy to move and install alone or in plurality as required for expansion of aeration capacity for wastewater treatment. CONSTITUTION: The unit comprises a wastewater tank(1) of a sealed cylinder shape with a drain valve(3) at the bottom to receive the wastewater supplied through a pipe(6) installed in the center of the tank(1) in a length from the top to near the bottom. The pipe(6) has an air pipe(11) introduced through the top of the pipe(6) from a blower(8) into the pipe(6) for air injection. The water injected with air spouts out of the mouth of the supply pipe(6) and flows upward from the bottom to the top with generation of air bubbles for better aeration for the processed water to be discharged from the top outlet by a pump. A flowmeter(7) is installed on the water inlet to control the flow of water at the speed of 6-10 hours from the bottom to the top outlet. And one or more ejectors and diffusers(13) are installed on the air pipe(11) for venturi effect. The water tank(1) is made of FRP, steel, stainless steel or concrete.
