PURPOSE: LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to have a circuit for controlling a data delaying and to prevent a noise. CONSTITUTION: The LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) comprises a liquid crystal panel, a gate driving part for driving a scanning line of the liquid crystal panel, a source driving part for driving a signal line of the liquid crystal panel, and a timing controller for receiving a clock, a data and a synchronous signal from exterior and adjusting the time delaying to output resultant into the source driving part. Time to be adjusted by the timing controller is selected by the user. Circuit for controlling a date delaying is formed within the timing controller, adjusts time delaying of data and driving circuit controlling signal, and outputs resultant into the source driving part. Circuit for controlling a date delaying generates a plurality of latch clocks by using an input clock and synchronizes thereof with a predetermined latch clock selected by the user to output data and synchronized signal into the source driving part. Accordingly, picture displayed in the liquid crystal panel can maintain good state. Also, a circuit for compensating a data and clock delivered from timing controller to the source driving part, can be reduced, thereby lowering a manufacturing cost.
