PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a refrigerator evaporator having one body type insulating pin is provided to increase productivity by making a working process simple. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a refrigerator evaporator having a one body type insulating pin comprises the steps of:forming many combining grooves(11, 31) on both sides of insulating pins(10, 30) (S1); inserting coolant pipes(20, 40) that is bent by the same interval as the separation of the combining grooves, into the combining grooves (S2); and combining the insulating pins with the coolant pipes by pressing the inserted coolant pipes from the horizontal direction (S3).
