PURPOSE: An abnormality generating processing device of a refrigerator and the processing method are provided to repair in an early stage by automatically reporting to a service center when finding an abnormal state. CONSTITUTION: The abnormal generating processing device of a refrigerator and the processing method comprise:many error detecting sensor(10) detecting the driving condition of a refrigerator; a control part(20) that outputs an error code corresponding to an abnormal working and a pre-stored user data; and a signal transmitting part(40) that transmits the error code and the pre-stored user data to a service center(80) by mutually connecting with the service center according to the control of the control part.
