PURPOSE: An extract method of ginkgo leaf is provided to complete the extraction in a short time by applying the extract method using an LLC device. CONSTITUTION: An extract method of ginkgo leaf has the steps of: extracting and concentrating the ginkgo leaves with methanol and ethanol; removing the poison with chloroform; extracting the effective ingredients with a methyl-ethyl ketone solvent using an LLC method; refining, filtering, concentrating with methanol or ethanol; lyophilization or hot-air drying to powder.
