摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely manufacture a device having reduced resistance of a bus electrode or address electrode and prevented from the reactivity to a dielectric layer, and to improve the quality by including a Ti layer in a first electrode. SOLUTION: A front substrate 30 comprises a transparent electrode 15 of SnO2 or ITO formed by repeating a pair of stripes at prescribed intervals on the reverse side of a front glass base 14 and a bus electrode 16 consisting of a wiring of Cr thin film layer/Cu layer/Ti thin film layer formed on each of a pair of the transparent electrodes 15 so as to be shifted to one side thereof in order to reduce the line resistance. A back substrate 31 comprises an address electrode 11 consisting of a wiring of Cr thin film layer/Cu layer/Ti thin film layer formed in stripe form on the surface of a back glass base 10 in so as to be orthogonal to the transparent electrode 15. According to this structure, satisfactory adhesion can be ensured between the bus electrode 16 and the transparent electrode 15 and between the address electrode 16 and the back glass base 10.
