PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded product which can maintain a good melt fluidity even when magnetic powder is mixed in the product to increase the magnetic intensity of the product by mixing and dispersing a compound having a hindered phenol structure in a resin binder. SOLUTION: In a resin binder, magnetic power and a compound having the hindered phenol structure expressed by the formula (where, R1 and R2 respectively represent 1-5C alkyl groups, but at least either R1 or R2 is a t-butyl group) are mixed and dispersed. A thermoplastic resin, such as the polyamide resin, epoxy resin, etc., is used independently or combinedly with another thermoplastic resin as the binder resin. In addition, the magnetic powder, composed of an Sr ferrite, etc., is surface-treated by using a silane coupling agent or a titanate-based coupling agent. The mixing ratio of the compound having the hindered phenol structure is set at about 0.1-10 pts.wt. by 100 pts.wt. resin binder and magnetic powder. |
