SOLUTION: Both sides of a telescopic device body 21 are provided with air conditioners 31. The air conditioners 31 have the same structure and have air ducts 32 for air suction for sucking the air from the space section 29 in a main mirror supporting structure section 20 and fans 35 for supplying the air from these air ducts 32 to the cooling coil 34 side in air conditioning ducts 33. The device is provided with air ducts 38 for circulation which supply the air via first dampers disposed in these air conditioning ducts 33 to the space section 28 side of a main mirror housing section 22 and air ducts 40 for discharge for discharging the air via second dampers 39 disposed on the downstream side of the air conditioning ducts 33 to the outside. The refrigerant from a compressor is supplied via condensers, receiver tanks, etc., to these cooling coils 34.
