PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a measurement accuracy of an electrical resistance value of a tire in measuring instrument for tire electrical resistance. SOLUTION: A measuring instrument of tire electrical resistance is provided with a first abutting tool 3a provided with a bead terminal 4a, in which an abutting tool 3b provided with a tread terminal 4b in which a butting surface urged to a bead portion 1 of a tire T is formed, a second abutting surface urged to a tread portion 2 of the tire T is formed, a resistance measurement circuit electrically connected to the first abutting tool 3a and the second abutting tool 3b through an electrical cord, and an indicating means for indicating a resistant value measured by the resistance measurement circuit. The abutting surface of the bead terminal 4a of the first abutting tool 3a is made into an L-shape as seen in side view. The butting surface of the tread terminal 4b of the second abutting tool 3b is made into a flat surface.
