PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and an equipment for inspecting trace liquid leakage of a container due to defective welding of the container, defective cap or pinhole without stopping the container during a series of container carrying processes. SOLUTION: In the method for inspecting trace liquid leakage of a container having a micro leak point by applying a pressure to the container under carriage, the container and carrying members 6, 13 thereof are guided to move between guide members 12, 20 and a pressing force is applied to the moving container by applying a pressure to the guide members 12, 20.
