PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically switch an additional service corresponding to the time without help. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a service storage part 45, where additional service and changeover time of the additional service inputted by a subscriber are registered and a service changeover monitoring part 43 for monitoring the changeover time of the additional service. A service management part 42 performs automatic changeover to the additional service of the changeover time in a present time band from the service storage part 45, and furthermore, a service control part 41 notifies additional service changeover from the service management part 42 to the subscriber 10.
