PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a correct phase error even when a point on an axis is fluctuated by a noise or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with absolute value detecting parts 6a and 6b for detecting the absolute values of two signals detected by signal point sample detecting parts 3a and 3b and absolute value discriminating parts 7a and 7b for comparing the absolute values detected by the absolute value detecting parts 6a and 6b with a predetermined reference value. Then, the compared results at the absolute value discriminating parts 7a and 7b and values outputted from multipliers 5a and 5b are inputted to AND gates 8a and 8b and only when the absolute values detected by the absolute value detecting parts 6a and 6b are larger than the reference value, the value outputted from the multiplier 5a is outputted through the AND gates 8a and 8b. |
