PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-resistant insulated cable, not generating halogen gases when burnt, having high-degree flame resistance, and being given flexibility without lowering mechanical strength. SOLUTION: A non-halogen flame-resistant cable is made up by extrusion- coating the periphery of a wire core with a composition, as a sheath 6, made up by mixing a metallic hydroxide of 50 to 200 wt. portions with a blend polymer of 100 wt. portions comprising an ethylene-α-olefine copolymer of 50 to 95 wt.% and an ethylenic copolymer of 5 to 50 wt.% polymerized by means of a metallocene catalyst. |
