PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-diameter coaxial cable and its manufacturing method, realizing improvement of terminal machinability without damaging excellent high-frequency electrical characteristics and heat-resisting performance, and enabling a porous PTFE insulating layer to be surely peeled off in a ringed manner without damaging a center conductor at the time of machining a terminal. SOLUTION: In a small-diameter coaxial cable made up by disposing a low- dielectric constant resin insulation layer 2 and an outer metallic conductor layer 3 in order on the outer circumference of a center conductor 1, the low- dielectric constant resin insulation layer 2 of the small-diameter coaxial cable 5 is made up of a porous tetrafluoro ethylene resin insulation layer with a surface crystallization factor adjusted to be 75 to 92% and has a porosity adjusted to be 5 to 30% over the whole insulation layer. |
