<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To describe sentences common to all receivers and sentences desired to be sent individually at the same time by selecting proper choices for every address from respective blocks when electronic mails are written to plural persons while being sectioned into blocks. SOLUTION: In a text storage part 31, basic communication original sentences for the generation of electronic mails are inputted from an input device 1 and are stored. The communication original sentence consists of plural blocks, and have one or plural choices to be selected for every address. An electronic mail is described by selecting a choice from respective blocks of communication original sentences one by one according to the address and then putting those choices together. Here, the choices are composed of, for example, documents, lines, phrases, or words. When there is only one choice in a block, the choice common to the addresses is described in the block.</p> |
