PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-voltage circuit which has excellent dynamic regulation of high voltage and also whose high voltage rise is fast and which has a little variance. SOLUTION: This high-voltage circuit adds high-voltage detection voltage of an A point which is gained by performing voltage dividing connection of high voltage generated in a FBT 2 with each resistance and a capacitor to a high-voltage control PMW circuit 12, starts high voltage by using comparison error voltage with reference voltage and controls it is provided with a transistor for a high-voltage speed-up which is operated by power supply voltage produced from a high-voltage drive signal. And, the high-voltage circuit changes the voltage of a high-voltage detection point A with current of the transistor and accelerates high-voltage start time. It is possible to perform dynamic regulation of high voltage well and also to set the high-voltage start time every fast because the variance of high-voltage speed-up characteristic is small. |
