<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a phosphor layer with high precision by providing a photosensitive resin layer containing a phosphor through a diffusion-preventing layer and a primer layer successively laminated on a release layer releasably provided on a base film. SOLUTION: A release film 3 is mainly composed of a water-soluble resin using a resin hardly soluble or insoluble to methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol. Examples of such a water-soluble resin include a polyvinyl alcohol mainly composed of a polyvinyl alcohol and having particularly a saponification degree of 50 or more. Further, a primer layer 5 is mainly composed of a water-insoluble resin mainly composed of a polyvinyl butyral. A diffusion preventing layer 4 is mainly composed of at least one of polyvinyl pyrrolidone, a polyvinyl acetal, and a polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 50 or less.</p> |
