PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-capacity and highly safe organic electrolyte secondary battery. SOLUTION: In this organic electrolyte secondary battery, a strip-shape positive electrode 1 having a paint film containing a positive electrode active material formed on at least one side of a current collector 1Aa and a negative electrode having a paint film 1B, containing a negative electrode active material formed on at least one side of a current collector 1Aa are wound through a separator to form the electrode body of winding structure, and the electrode body of winding structure is housed in a battery can, together with an organic solvent electrolytic solution. In this secondary battery, at least the outermost circumferential part of the positive electrode 1 in the electrode body of winding structure is separated from the inner part from it. |
