PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize compensation of nonlinear distortion in a high output transmission amplifier by means of a simple compensation circuit with a low consumption current. SOLUTION: This digital radio equipment is provided with a transmission detection circuit 10 that detects an output of a high output transmission power amplifier 7, an quadrature modulator 3, a 2nd mixer 11 that detects only a signal component with nonlinear distortion based on a signal from an amplifier 12 amplifying a signal from a 1st mixer 4 and on a signal from the detection circuit 10, an amplifier 13 with a gain adjustment function that adjusts the signal component to have a proper level and shifts the signal component, an adjacent channel leakage power detection circuit 18, anti a gain control signal generating circuit 14 that controls time amplifier 13 with a gain adjustment function based on a level detected by the adjacent channel leakage power detection circuit 18.
