PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour of examination for extraction of program correction having an influence upon a client and to enable a user to immediately understand that there is a possibility of the occurrence of a fault. SOLUTION: A module name given by a prescribed system of a program which is executed at the time of system operation and the frequency in running are recorded in a control table by a first recording means 21, and they are taken out from the control table and are recorded in a first storage means by a second recording means 22 at the time of stop of the system, and a first addition means 23 obtains frequencies in running of modules having the same function name as the object module name of program correction from the control table and the first storage mans in the unit of functions and adds them at the time of receiving the program correction, and the obtained total frequency in running and a preliminarily determined prescribed frequency are compared with each other by a first output processing means 24, and a first degree of danger and the correction number of the program correction are outputted to a second storage means if the total frequency in running is equal to or larger than the preliminarily determined prescribed frequency.
