<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table device for light source of laser device, which has a low height and a small size and for which the laser light emitting position and emitting angle of an optical unit can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The laser light emitting position and emitting angle of a light source unit 101 mounted on a top plate 10 are adjusted, by journaling the top plate 10 by an intermediate plate 20 through an X-axis rotating pin 40 and the intermediate plate 20 by a bottom plate 30 through aθ-axis rotating pin 50 and operating a horizontal angle adjusting screw 51, a right/left adjusting screw 42, and an up/down angle adjusting screw 41. In addition, the distance between the screws 51 and 41 is made longer by positioning the pins 50 and 40 to the front end sections of the plates 10, 20, and 30 in the laser light emitting direction.</p> |
