The device comprises of a hollow roller (1) that is mounted to an axle (4). A handle (12) is attached to the end of the axle. One end of the roller has a removable plug that allows the roller to be filled with paint. A valve (14) then allows the roller to be placed under pressure, causing a constant supply of paint to the roller head.
