PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manual load for inquiring, identifying and confirming, to exclude an erroneous processing and to execute management and monitoring after tracking processing situations at every slip by permitting a whole management system to compare held business processing defining data and a business processing standard time with business processing data and a business processing time, judge them and issue alarm. SOLUTION: Slip identifying data or the like in a slip 1001 is automatically inquiry- processed by a slip reception processor 4 at a store B and business processing data 706 consisting of the business processing time or the like is transmitted to a non- contact IC card 3 and the whole management system 5. Then, the processings are executed in the same way afterward in accordance with a stipulated processing order and data is transmitted/received to/from the whole management system 5 by in-store LAN 6. The whole management system 5 compares a business processing defining table and the standard time of each business processing process held by itself with received slip identifying data 701 and business processing data 706, issues alarm by printing a message, a signal and a contents list when the processing is improper and tracks and manages a slip business processing situation. |
