PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce maintenance work needed to condensed water purification treatment for purifying condensed water to pure water and reduce running cost needed to the condensed water purification treatment. SOLUTION: A heat exchanging part 54 is installed on the inside of an evaporating chamber 51, the heat exchanging part 54 heat-exchanges temperature- raised steam from a compression means 52, which adiabatically compresses steam sucked from the evaporation chamber 51 for raising temperature with raw water supplied from the outside of the evaporation chamber 51 to evaporate the raw water and to condense the high temperature water, and a heating part H heats raw water supplied to the heat exchanging part 54 by using exhausted heat generating from a fuel cell power generating part 3 as a heat source. The condensed water recovered with a cooling water recovering means 26 for condensing steam in the exhaust gas from a facility and recovering as cooling water is supplied to the heat exchanging part 54 as the raw water, and distilled water produced by condensation of temperature raised steam in the heat exchanging part 54 is supplied to a water cooling means 7 for water- cooling the fuel cell power generating part 3, as the cooling water. |
