PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To issue cards having a plurality of magnetic stripes in one line by providing a card issuing machine with a card printer device, a first magnetic encoding device which executes encoding to the first magnetic stripes and a second magnetic encoding device which executes encoding to the second magnetic stripes. SOLUTION: When the first and second magnetic stripes 24, 25 exist specularly symmetrically with a card base material 21 surface on the front and rear of the card 20, the card issuing machine 10 executes an encoding stage (1) to the first magnetic stripes 24, a printing stage (2) of attribute information 22 and face photograph 23, etc., to the card 20 and an encoding stage (3) to the second magnetic stripes 25. The first magnetic encoding device 12 is so constituted that the magnetic encoding to the first magnetic stripes 24 from the front surface of the card 20 is possible and the second magnetic encoding device 14 is so constituted that the magnetic encoding to the second magnetic stripes 25 from the rear surface of the card 20 is possible. |
