PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of decreasing cross-talk from adjoining tracks and contriving densification. SOLUTION: This is an optical disk wherein it has grooves 20 formed helically or concentrically, lands 30 demarcated between the grooves 20, and prepits 40 formed in the lands 30, and recording is performed in the grooves 20, the prepit 40 is formed at a position not overlapping an adjoining track and deviating to a groove 20 to be paired with respect to the center of a land. |
