PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make reduction in an insertion loss compatible with extension of an isolation band. SOLUTION: Four stages of unit switch systems 241-244 are connected in parallel with a main line 22. Each of the unit switch systems 241-244 consists of series connection of a diode D and a transmission line 26. Each characteristic of the diodes D is identical and a resonance frequency when a switching element of the unit switch system is turned off is made different by making each length of a transmission line 26 different. Since the isolation characteristic is superposition of plural peaks, even when number of stages of the unit switch systems is the same as that of a conventional switch, the isolation band is made much more wider. Moreover, the insertion loss is not increased in comparison with a conventional technology.
