PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable electrically conductive sheet that stably abuts the conductive sheet itself on electrodes in a fine pitch region by including insulating particles inside an insulation part except a conducting part. SOLUTION: This conductive sheet is preferably a conductive sheet used for a circuit board testing jig or a connector and its insulating particles preferably have a linear expansion coefficient not more than 1×10-4/K. The sheet absorbs the steps in the thickness direction caused by the wiring of the electric circuit board and the dispersion of accuracy in the thickness direction of the electrode part of an electric circuit component by utilizing an elastic material. By dispersing the insulation particles into an insulating part, the mechanical strength of the insulating part is improved and the generation of the distortion of the conductive particle aggregate of the conductive part is restrained, so that stable contact conductivity can be provided. In addition, by mixing a material having a small linear expansion coefficient as the insulation particles, the linear expansion coefficient of the whole sheet is restrained to a low level, so that no displacement occurs during a hot test for the connecting electrodes of an electronic component and the like.
