PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a money amount card which eliminates the need to cash handling accompanying a canceling process by recording data showing that a specific amount of money is subtracted at the time of a specific process after the specific process was canceled. SOLUTION: When a user makes a request to exit at a station A, a person in charge sets a cancellation mode by operation a setting button of the money amount card processor and then inserts a money amount card C received from the user into an insertion slot 1. Data stored on the meney amount card C are read by a magnetic head H and after arithmetic processing, when data showing that the user has entered at the station A and a deduction of, for example, 100 yen is already made are extracted, data showing that the previous deduction process is completed, i.e., data showing that current deduction is canceled are recorded at the recording part of the money amount card C via a magnetic head H.
