<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cart velocity controller making a cart into a decelerated state or a stopped state when there is a player surrounding the cart. SOLUTION: A cart 1 is a passenger cart for a player to get on. On the other hand, a player A2 fixes a transmitter 3 to his shoes and a player B4 fixes a transmitter 5 to his shoes. A player C6 fixes a transmitter 7 to the breast pocket of his clothes. Each transmitter 3, 5 and 7 is provided with the transmitting function of a weak radio wave and the transmitting function of a transponder together and transmits the same ID code. Through the use of a difference of the receivable areas between the weak radio wave and the transponder, whether the player A2, the player B4 and the player C6 are on the cart 1 or close to the surrounding of the cart 1 is judged to execute the velocity control of the cart 1.</p> |
