PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information communication terminal equipment by which even a person with difficulty in speaking is able to promptly and indirectly transmit the same message to plural transmission destinations. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a read means 23 for reading an original, a recording means 38 for recording the message, a transmission/ reception means 31 and a control means 9. The control means 9 recognizes the transmission destination and transmission contents written in the original by handwritten characters and transmits the message which is recorded relating to the transmission contents to the transmission destination via the transmission/ reception means 31.
